Technical Requirements
Professional lighting and sound
will ensure an optimum presentation.
Sound: The client
will provide a professional sound system
appropriate for venue. A back-up microphone
should be available.
Room Configuration:
There should be no more then than 8ft. between
the speaker and audience. A stool or small table
along with a bottle of dinking water should be
available on stage.
Timing: If there is dinner
being served, Michael’s presentation should
begin at the conclusion of dessert. Distractions
such as table busing, should take place either
before or after the discourse. All additional
presentations, awards etc. should continue after
Michael’s address.

Michael’s
Introduction
Our speaker today is a
professional comedian who has performed at comedy
clubs across the country. Over the years,
his wife, who is a medical doctor, suggested that
he write a humorous speech around their lives
together, their child, and Michael’s
challenging health issues. He eventually
responded to her “encouragement” and
created the presentation. Hence forth,
Michael has focused his humor on the realities
and challenges facing medical professionals and
their families.
